We have used JosTec services on all of our projects for the last few years. Not only have we never had any problems, but we always find that they go over and above what is expected of them. I’d recommend them to anyone building new homes.

JosTec have provided a very good service for our project at Hammersmith in respect to the air permeability and sound insulation testing for the 165 apartments we have almost completed. They have supported and advised us to the best of their knowledge, how we could achieve the results we required for this site. The respective certificates and reports were issued very quickly as required. It has been a pleasure to work with JosTec and would certainly recommend them for future work.
